Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@baglee.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cappafashion.store for a replacement or refund.
